We've heard government heads and generals use the recommendation to not take an action, such as war, without having a plan for what is to happen once peace is achieved.
This past year, many of us feel we're in an assault situation without an ideal "day after peace" plan.
What do we envision as a Marshall Plan to create a new infrastructure for the 21st century?
More to the point, what is our Reconstruction Plan for the divisiveness of the 21st century?
In this "After STOP" section, we can voice our needs and insights in a Plan, and to review what our Founders considered our inherent Rights and the Foundation they set for us to gain our Independence.
