Who Runs My State's Elections?

All elections are run by the states, not the federal government--it's in the constitution.

To find how and who runs your state's elections, CLICK on this link: https://www.eac.gov/voters/register-and-vote-in-your-state

You can contact your state's Election head to answer questions, and to find out how to work at elections or how to be an observer of your state's elections.

This may be a repeat, but was suggested by a friend whose friend in Japan is using this email to get voter information.

This link will connect you to the Canadian Democrats, but it also will go to Democrat organizations around the globe.

If you know of a comparable site for Republicans, Independents, etc.or any other objective/factual voter sites, please notify me so I can add them to this list.

They say that if you're a US citizen who lives abroad, you can vote. They seem to have the task covered.

"We assist US citizens voting in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and US territories.  Our online tool makes it simple to fill out and send in the federal form needed to request your ballot every year. And our informational webpages and Voter Helpdesk provide in depth and personal support to US citizens abroad with requesting, receiving, and returning their ballots to vote in US elections.

Remember your colleagues, friends and relatives working and living overseas!! Ask them to register and/or request their Absentee Ballot immediately (to arrive by email, about Sept. 20) at Vote From Abroad or fvap.gov."

Remember ...

  • 2.9 million overseas US voters

  • SEPT. 20--Return your Absentee Ballot
